Anybody Help about my Memory

for some reason im always using my moms pc instead of my pc 

 

and the pc memory usage gone to max 1.7GB even when im not doing anything (Windows task manager is the only thing open)

 

so its pretty slow and help to this issue

its still pinned to 1.63 gb

and cpu load is 2%
