Which one should i pick

Hey guys. I am planning to buy a pc for Battlefield 4 . Thats the main thing --> BF4 would be the game that I would play the most. So for that game which rig should I pick:

 

Rig1:

 

  • i7 3770k
  • z77 fatality professional
  • gtx 780 GLH
  • 8 gb Corsair Vengeance Red 1866MHz CL9
  • h110 cpu cooling
  • Corsair 760T white case
  • Corsair AX 760i PSU
  • Corsair force gt 120 gb SSD

Rig2:

 

  • FX 9590
  • Cooler master seidon 120V
  • R9 290 with artic cooling GPU cooler
  • 8 GB Kingston furyx 1600 MHz 
  • Asus Crosshair V Formula Z
  • OCZ Vertex 4 480 GB  SSD
  • Chieftec 700 W
  • Chieftec Tower Case

Again my main game would be BF 4. And the first rig is more expensive with like 150 bucks. And another things that I would take into consideration is that if I will sell the rig in June which one would drop in price more( if it makes sense, sorry english is not my mothertounge )

The Intel rig. It will be WAY better.

And what about mantle? With Mantle wouldn't I reach the same performance with the 2nd one?

The mantle difference is less on high end hardware I heard.

Either way, DX12 will kick the shit out of Mantle I think.
