Managed to OC my AMD Athlon II X2 270 to 4.2Ghz

So as the title implies i have managed to make it stable at 4.2 http://valid.canardpc.com/uawqxx

I was also able to reach at 4.4 but my ram crashes my oc . Should i try to find a way over it or 4.2 is as high as it can go?

Underclock your ram then? That helped get my phenom II stable at 4.0 GHz

You know what's easier than buying and building a brand new PC? Petty larceny!
If you're worried about getting caught, here's a trick: Only steal one part at a time. Plenty of people will call the cops because somebody stole their computer -- nobody calls the cops because they're "pretty sure the dirty-bathrobe guy from next door jacked my heat sink."

Ah, my bad, I thought you said you had overclocked your ram as well.

Well i had to because it would not work either way and it may caused because i have 3 rams modules . 2 of them are the same (2 gb each ) and a 8 gb single modular that is why i suspect the missmatch may cause the crashes

use a single stick of your best ram to get the highest frequency :) 4.2ghz is respectable with an athlon II x2. you should try doing some benchmarking with it and see what you can do there are a couple of unlock sempron 145's and athlon II x2 for you to try and beat http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/62476-post-your-cinebench-r15r1152003-scores-over-250-submissions/
