which is the best GPU in gaming performance 

R9 280 vs GTX 960 

is GTX 960 is suits with I3,and 550w psu without bottlenecks 

r9 280 I believe...  You should probably consider a 280x tho since they're closer to the 960 price point

I'd get a 960. It's newer. They're about the same.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

the 960 is a failure.

no its not. its a great budget videocard for compact itx builds. small cases + efficient cards = best thing ever

1. Bought 960. Oh snap not enough vram!

2. Sold 960 bought 970. Oh snap 3.5 gb vram !

3. Sold 970 bought 980 for 500 bucks.

 

4. Buying from same company while they lied to you and screwed you over multiple times? Priceless.

I'd get a 960. It's newer.

id only get 960 for small form factor where heat is prob

R9 280 is good (x) if you can or buy a second hand R9 290 they are a relatively lower price right now.
