Sounds like your #1 priority is to buy a motherboard speaker! It'll make it much easier to diagnose, double check the bottom of your motherboard box!

im gona rma it make it easier bit of a pain to wait but hey will be atleast sorted

just an update for you gys it turnt out it was a corrupt bios  the whole itme i spent trying to flash it i was doing it wrong (after it gone corrupt i tryed flashin it) it turnt out all i needed to do was rename the file and the flash back worked pc is now up a running and is running faster than before (probley because of it having the newst bios update

dude do what i did at first and try your gpu/'s ram works on a diffrent pc that kinda helps on what the problem is that how i knew it was my mobo playing up

i tried one stick of ram, swapped them, and other dimm slots, and switched my gpu with a known working one. no go :/ im rmaing my board

you have to be able to get into windows or the bios to do that with biostar boards :/
