Right now i'm looking at some games to kill times with and i came across dying light. It look like a fun game from what i can tell but i heard that it's another unoptimized pc games that run really bad. What is your though about this game and can my rig handle it at max setting 1080p 60 fps(i'm pretty sure that it can but just to make sure) ?

its a lot of fun IMO. and you should be able to max it but keep the view distance down as that is what i find kills the fps.

This and add a mod which can be found here: http://www.nexusmods.com/dyinglight/mods/1/?

It improves the performance quite a bit, there is another one which removes all post processing effects (which is the one I use). Greatly improved performance for me.

Other then that, it's a fun game. I can easily sit down meaning to play for maybe 45 minutes and then transition to something else and end up playing for 2 hours. Although after maybe 2-4 hours it can get boring, unless you're playing with friends. If you find it's getting boring, take a break for maybe and hour and come back to it. Or even better, invite some of your friends to play with you!

I would rate it maybe a 8.2/10. Mainly for performance issues. (Couldn't get 45 FPS consistently on lowest settings/view distance with a GTX 780).

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

I'm currently playing it on PS4 and i love it. Solo and with friends it's fun. I've completed the story and now i'm just doing the side quests... They keep changing so it doesn't get that boring. Plus the characters can be fun to interact with.

After 91 hours of playing it I think is pretty fun online, a lot of side-quests to do and blueprints to get.
