I dont know what the problem is. The problem is, that when the PC tries to start, it instantly stops its self... We know this isn't a hardware incompatibility problem, because it has booted up fine with the current set up. We installed a new motherboard. And it didnt boot or beep or post or anything, but the components are getting power. I am just confused now. It booted once, but never again.

HELP

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. The True Path of the Feathered One. ~ Dimboble-dubabob III

Make sure your 24 pin and 4 or 8 pin cpu power are both plugged in fully.

If that doesn't work then I'd RMA the mobo.

Quite possibly the mobo. If you have one of tose mobo speakers that sometimes come with your case, try it out. If it works it will make a beep.
