Painting Corners on Noctua fans

If I used PlastiDip on the brown corners of the industrial Noctua fans do you think it would chip off as soon as I put a screw in?

If plastidip thing is what I think it is it should not be used on elastic surfaces as that brown thing.

But I would wait for others thoughts.

The screws probably wouldn't touch the rubber absorbers anyways, but you know you can just remove them, right?

If you're not impatient like I was and take your time, do several coats, and let it dry out properly, then no. Even my sloppy job hasn't chipped off too bad.

You can see that the little rods that poke through the holes (teehee) have been stripped, props to my impatient and quick PlastiDip job.

You probably could but it would probably defeat the purpose of them, or at least make them slightly less effective.
