Chrome acting all strange

Hey there people, I guess I need some help, seeing that chrome decided to become unusable.

Alright so all out of the sudden, youtube starts acting strange, i cant click on anything anymore, no more videos will load

it looks like this

Also when I try to download something, the download will start after like 30 minutes, not kidding. Twitch, normal google etc all work fine, its just downloads and youtube. Does anyone have any experience with this?

 

Running on win 8.1 64 bit.

 

Programms running are, kaspersky, drivers , steam, puush, asus AI suite

Have you tried the two common troubleshooting steps?

One: reboot.

Two: Reinstall.

what are all the extensions you use for youtube , it all depends on that , even i can't open this http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/301181-your-favourite-songs-for-the-80%C2%B4s/, my browser will literally say something went wrong refresh and cant click anything , becuase i have so many tampermonkey scripts running with youtube center extensions

Deleted all extensions, still the same problem

clear cache and cokies , sometimes my malware bytes does this problem ,

here's my youtube sub box , i have using tons of extensions
