What's the least expensive PC build that you guys can make? (Doesn't include monitor or peripherals, just the PC itself)

 

I don't care about bang for the buck or anything, I just want the cheapest PC possible that will work.

This is just for fun, I'm not buying this, that's why I put this thread in off-topic.

the main point is that it WILL work. It'll probably catch fire after 10 minutes, but for a certain amount of time it will be a functioning PC.
