i want to run a fps benchmark on my pc. the game i would like to benchmark are gmod, battlefield 4, nascar 14 and a few others. WHat do you guys recommend?

 

Some games have built-in benchmarking tools, usually in the options menu. An alternative is to use FRAPs as @AlwaysFSX says.

 

You can also use other benchmarking tools just for kicks like the Unigine series (Heaven and Valley). :D

yes and no

 

certain features will need you to pay

 

but you will be good with the free version

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
