I'm sorry this is super vague, I'm not good at describing things. Basically I'm trying to figure out what the mounting system were there is a large round hole and then it narrows to a smaller hole so that the thing you slide in has to be pulled up to come out.

 

Any ideas? 

 

And yes, this is tech related because I'm mounting a piece of tech :)
