Has anyone ordered from performance-pcs.com before?

Hey so FrozenCPU is out of stock on their GTX 760 waterblocks.

Performance-PCs.com has them in-stock so now I'm just wondering, are they safe and legitimate?

Has anyone here used them before without any issues? Thanks.

I've seen people from reddit purchase things from them before, and haven't seen any issues. I think they are fine.

I have ordered many various components from them over the past year or so and I haven't had any major issues. The one minor complaint I did have, the customer service representative fixed almost immediately and set me on my way. Great website.

I purchased from them, and it was fast even when it was being shipped from America - Australia.

I've ordered from Performance-PCs.com many times. Spent around $700 on them. Never let me down.

I actually prefer it over Frozen. A little bit because it's closer (FL -> GA instead of NY -> GA) So I always get things faster.

Another, because Frozen once messed up my order and didn't include a waterblock even though it was 'checked' before shipping. So long story short, I had to file a chargeback to get my money back because they wouldn't ship me a replacement.

So yes, PPCs is reliable. And more times than not cheaper than Frozen.

I use Performance PCS for a lot of things, especially EK parts so that I don't have to pay that international shipping to the states.  I've never had a problem with them and the customer service is great in the event of any RMA situation.

I've purchased a ton of stuff from them. Most of my water cooling parts came through them. They are very safe and legitimate.

But it's only a 5.1% discount. For me, though, FrozenCPU tends to have lower shipping quotes than Performance-PCs, but Performance-PCs tends to have better prices, so it kind of balances out...
