Slightly off topic but are you sure you REALLY REALLY REALLY want to build a Hackintosh? From what I have seen almost every step from part selection to maintenance after the build has the possibility to be a complete nightmare. If you are a diehard OS X fan, I'd recommend buying directly from apple and saving yourself a lot of time, money, tears, and possibly even money. If you aren't has concrete in your love of OS X, I would highly recommend just building a good PC, you might be surprised how not bad it is in the windows world :)

EDIT: But seriously, don't go down the Hackintosh path!

While I would recommend OP a Mac Mini, I must say that it's not hard to maintain a Hackintosh machine if you've chosen good compatible parts. OP can't afford a Hackintosh with good specs for that price anyway so I would just recommend a Mac Mini. I barely recommend this build:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($102.95 @ DirectCanada)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($153.99 @ Memory Express)
Storage: Sandisk Ultra Plus 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($64.99 @ Canada Computers)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 2GB WINDFORCE Video Card  ($169.95 @ Vuugo)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($59.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Total: $872.78
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Why are you wanting to run a Hackintosh machine when you can just make a VM?

Do you really need OS X though? If you are a computer enthusiast then you should realize from research that a Hackintosh is a big investment of time, money, and nerves for the small payoff of being able to use OS X which doesn't offer much that windows doesn't already have.

Good virtualization requires good hardware and has OP said, he is one a budget.

OSX runs very efficiently, I ran a virtual machine on Mavericks on only 2 cores on my i5 and 8GB allocated RAM and it was fine...

Problem solved OP! No need to muck around too much trying to run it natively.

The problems is it will not be fast as nativly and Graphics and splitting cores ram its just too much also good hardware for virtualization is expensive look at the i7 and Xeon and most apps won't work and I just want computer smooth but VM won't be good and I  am on a budget
