I had my DA 2013 but gave it to my dad because sometimes when I would turn off the PC and then turn it on later the mouse wouldnt turn on, even after unplugging and replugging like 10 times(after a few more tries it turned on). Sometimes it boots up and turns on flawlessly but sometimes it doesnt at all. So I gave it to my dad. On his PC(which is much weaker, its an old Optiplex) it works flawlesly, however I think he doesnt have Synapse installed. On mine it does the same thing where it wont turn on.

Should I try it without Synapse installed?

Specs of my PC:

CPU: AMD FX 8350  Motherboard: Gigabyte 990XA UD3  GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 Windforce 2GB  HDD: WD Green 2TB SSD:  Corsair Force GT 120GB SSD RAM: Corsair 8GB(2X4) PSU: CoolerMaster G650M

Synapse is a bit of a special one eh? I've had my keyboard not be recognized by it for half a year and out of no where it gets recognized. RAZER makes great products, that is if you get one of hte lucky none Dead on Arrival ones.

RMA it mang, mines been like for 3 years.

Im not gona bother w Razer's crap tbh. The mouse is egonomically good imo(feels cheap though, the wobbly buttons, creaking) but too bad it has such shitty problems. Im gona get a new mouse anyway.
