Which one should I get?

The stock cooler is more than enough if you're not OCing. 

 

If you want to be fancy, the Hyper 212 Evo is good for the price.

Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212 gets my vote.

because spending 70 dollars on a cpu cooler for a non overclocked chip is totally worth it right

Both coolers are a bit more unique than being the millionth guy to have a 212 in his rig. 

 

The Shadow Rock 2 is a better cooler IMO and it costs $35 (it's quieter than the 212 and temps are consistently 2-3 degrees Celcius lower than the 212).

I included an expensive and a cheaper alternative. Both are more unique and perform better than the 212.
