How will a reference 7950 be?

I know it can run games pretty well and I got my friend to buy it for £90 and I was running what kind of temps and how loud would it be?

 

My friend doesn't care about noise as he had a clogged Xbox 360 so sound isn't really an issue but i'm curious.

 

Also what kind of aftermarket cooling would be available if he decided to invest in it?

it wont be to loud and is around the same performance as a r9 280

If it is a blower it should hit about 70C-80C estimate. 

 

Aftermarket take 5C-10C off roughly.

It will be pretty loud, you can try replace it with Artic Cooling Extreme 3.

You ate probably looking at around ~70°C with a reference cooler, but a aftermarket cooler will drop the temperatures MUCH MORE than 5-10°C.

The Vapor-X HD 7950 in my second system sits in the mid 50's during heavy gaming load.

I meant the ones you attach to it. Not custom ones.
