GPU clock pinned at 666?

So right now my GTX 780's clock is pinned at 666 and the mem clock at 810.

 

I'm using MSI afterburner to monitor it and I have an ASUS DCU II 780.

I can't keep 45 FPS on a F2P MMORPG.

 

Any ideas?

(This has happened before to, before I updated my drivers).

Do you know how you fixed it before? I'd try reinstalling drivers.

have you tried restoring defults on the gpu otherwise could be a firmware issue

Yeah, I reinstalled drivers. That's a huge PITA though. And it happens like once a week.

I remember I had the same problem a few times with my 650ti. Not really sure how I fixed it but I think it had something to do with MSI Afterburner. (Causing the problem, that is.)

If I recall correctly it started happening shortly after I installed afterburner.

Good luck with the Holy Water.

 

Sounds like you should try uninstalling Afterburner. See if it still does it and then perhaps avoid it if it's the cause.

You have a devil. Do a clean reinstall of those drivers, and MAKE SURE AFTERBURNER is CLOSED while it installs. Afterburner like fucking drivers before they can even finish installing.

UPDATE: Reinstalled drivers, haven't touched MSi Afterburner. GPU clock now maxes out at 888 Mhz

 

UPDATE 2: It's jumped up to 1325 now.
