Does this building need better cooling?

Would it be worth it to get a better air cooler or a liquid solution for this build?

 

I want to get a nice overclock out of my i5 4690K and I'm not sure whether I will get the best out of the 212 Evo or also whether I should be getting a better cooler at this price point anyways.

I think you can get like 4.5+ on a 212 evo with a good chip.

 

Not too shabby.

 

If you want to go crazy get a noctua dh14 or 15.

What do you mean by "nice". Some people think a nice or decent oc is +0.3 ghz. If that is your definition of nice then yeah the hyper 212 should be fine. If you mean +0.5 then maybe. I honestly think a nice oc is +1ghz if so, then no you need a better cooler
