Go to solution Solved by AnnoyedShelf,

I dont have clue what is going on. CPU just suddenly went sky rocket. Take a look at pic. What could it be ? I may be worng but after installing VLC player CPU went mad, I deleted VLC player but everything is the same (dont know if this is the reason). PC is 2 months old.

You're running 2 antivirus programs for no reason.  Uninstall either Avira or Norton, that may fix some of your problem.

Svchost.exe is a generic process name for Windows services that run from Microsoft DLLs (dynamically linked libraries). Each of those instances of svchost.exe in the process lists actually represents a group of services that each process is managing

 eGPU Setup: Macbook Pro 13" 16GB DDR3 RAM, 512GB SSD, i5 3210M, GTX 980 eGPU

New PC: i7-4790k, Corsair H100iGTX, ASrock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer, 24GB Ram, 850 EVO 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD, GTX 1080 Fractal Design R4, EVGA Supernova G2 650W

So, why was it eating 90% of my CPU ?
