New build not booting!

It might limit an overclock... but hopefully handles better than I expect.  The area I am concerned with is the VRM (those large black cubes at the CPU socket).  The VRM determines how clean energy gets to the CPU.  There are three parts to a VRM:  The MOFSETs, Capacitors, and chokes.

You should always seek information, but if you have already bought it (and installed it), try it out.  The board will work, but the overclock potential of the CPU itself might be hindered by the board because FX processors require a good amount of voltage. :)
