here in germany we only have cut version. You know what they changed in SR3? The cops get you faster if you slap someone with the huge dildo! But completly banned sucks even more!

you can try gettin it from someone in another country over steam though.

the devs say they will release a cut version here (if it gets past) but it will be released a couple of months after everyone else

jep, but this sucks aswell. Like i said. If you know someone from the US or something, ask him/her to buy it for you and send it to you.

 it is actually a bigger fine for importing banned video games here in oz than smuggling drugs

You could ask someone to send you the game over steam i think. Thats how i got GTA which is banned here
