What are you planning on doing with the pc?

If it's gaming then you don't necessarily need that 16Gb of RAM right now and could spend what you save on a better GPU

Gaming AND video editing in sony vegas. But mostly gaming!

I know most games don't even use more than 4gb ram in total. But I may not have to upgrade ram for like 7-8 years this way.

Get a cheaper case.

Try to get a CM N200 with a mATX motherboard (Z97 is a must)

Get a 450W+ PSU. 80+ Bronze or higher.

SSD: MX100 256GB

Get 8GB of RAM if you'll use the PC for gaming.

With the extra money, get a better GPU.

Your GPU is super underkill. Ditch the LED strips or whatever and get yourself a better GPU (R9 270X maybe). You would also probably be fine on 8GB of RAM for gaming, then you could get yourself an R9 285 while maintaining your budget. On the subject of RAM, because your CPU only supports dual channel, 2x8GB will be cheaper than 4x4GB, and it will also leave you more room to upgrade in the future. If you plan on overclocking, you also might want to go with a higher-wattage PSU, as people have already stated. The CX500 might be worth taking a look at over the CX430.

This is what I would build if i had to build another machine for ~1000usd. I personally like the size of the 350D as it fits really well on my desk behind/to the side of my monitor. If you prefer the size of a full-tower ATX,

I personally have an ASUS GTX 750Ti and I have been tweaking it using MSI Afterburner with pretty darn good results. Here is my FireStrike result from last night http://www.3dmark.com/fs/3846027

Sometimes i troll...
