On first boot you should see the bios come up if you aren't booting from a windows installation disk already. Have a look at the link in my description if you need help.

I am planning a build and I've watched a lot of videos and the hardware part seems like I would have no problem with. It's the first boot like can someone in detail describe how it should look and what I should do.(I am new to this so please explain stuff)

Welcome to the forums! On the first boot, you'll want to insert your OS install disk and boot onto it. From there, you'll install your preferred OS. If you want to, though, you can go into the BIOS before the OS install and make sure that everything is reading out just fine.

Ok do I have to press buttons or.... What because in some of linus' vids he said mash like enter or delete. Would I need to do that or would it go straight to bios. And I am going to install windows from a flash drive if that changes anything.

Your mobo will have a dedicated Boot disk menu, which you reach by pressing a key on the keyboard, generally one of the F-keys. From there, you boot into the OS disk. [Obviously, you start with pressing the power button]
