If your CPU load is 100%, yeah, it can go that high.

Seems fine to me.

Really? I have a H105 and with my 4790K OC to 4.8GHZ i'm only hitting 55C at 100% load.

H105 has a lot more surface area than an H100i.

It's not good but it's nothing to freak out about.

But it's that much a difference that his non OC 4790K is idleing at what my OC 4790K is a 100% load?

Again, the surface area of the radiator matters. The OP probably just needs to remount their cooler and the temps will go down.

I know but that difference seems to great

No, not your radiator. Just the block on your CPU. Just undoing the screws, wiggling it to sit down flat again, and tightening it down in a cross pattern should do it.

okay thanks
