Internet Slow, seeking software

So What the fck has been happening lately this month i have no idea, looks like my ISP is going sht. I'm looking for a software that can detect internet usage by program like it shows if steam is using how many internet usage. Ordered from big usage to lowest usage. I need to detect processes that may be using my internet bad.

Problems caused:

  1. Cannot load 1080p videos, if i do it'll take 15 min to load a 5 min video on youtube.
  2. Cannot watch anime, at all. Like it just buffers there...
  3. FPS gaming became a pain in the arse
  4. Last but not least, Terrible keyboard damage and rage.

If the software does not help in aiding my internet speed quest. I'm gonna fck my ISP upside down, torch their offices, bombard their satellites, and hunt. every. single. one. of. their. employees.

So a program that can track processes that uses my internet speed. thats all

I shall have it in 10 minutes! AS MY 10KILOBYTES FUCKING PER SECOND SPEED OF DOWNLOAD IS GOING.

I know there is a built in Windows program for it. Don't know it's English name... Source Control?
