try in cmd:

ipconfig /flushdns

tried that.

 

 

 

Disabled avast and now it works. what

 

edit: well, long exposure to LTT is probably bad for you, but thats a little to far avast.

Hey, sorry its hard to navigate right now so sorry if this was already posted, 

 

so linustechtips.com/main doesn't work. It just isn't a website on my computer. this started 2 days ago. doesn't matter what browser, makes browsing this website near impossible. to get on, have to go to some thread that's in my history, and just go from there. 

 

 

it works on my phone so I Think its something to do with my computer. but happened out of no where, I thought the website was down but after the second day realized it must of just been me. 

 

any help would be great!

 

edit: this is such a wierd and sad issue. my pc probably got annoyed with me because its a hardcore machine and all i do is browse LTT. or it overhead my topic about replacing it with a macbook pro and xbone so its mad.

yes, and its weird. Threads and everything work fine. its just going back to the "homepage" ends in a dead link. Im posting this from my pc right now.

yep avast has been trigger happy recently blocking various forum threads for me.

AVG free is what I use, and ive never had any problems, its great :)
