So I have hady my i7 for about a year and its been OC to 4.4 and my voltage is 1.175 is that high for my cpu or not? My cpu cooler is the h100i the 2 fans on the rad run at 1250 rpms and temps in idle are 73,75,70,74 and under full load such as DayZ and MW3 its about 83,84,86,5 ... sorry for the noob question, just trying to make sure i make this cpu is safe

temps in Fahrenheit are fine.

1.17v is not much voltage, it's perfectly safe.

ooops for some reason it said my temps were high from that person who replyed, but ok good to know

because i thought the first temps you've mentionned ''temps in idle are 73,75,70,74 and under full load such as DayZ and MW3 its about 83,84,86,5'' would be very high temps if we where talking CELSIUS degrees but for some reasons you seem to be talking F degrees which is fine.

Heres temps on ilde, fans at 1450 rpm over clocked at 4.4 @1.17

I don't believe it. Either the CPU is severely under locked or the software is wrong. I have never seen temps that low.

Well everyone says not to go pas 1.3v with out enthuses water cooler not a closed loop like my h100i... I have gotten my Cpu to 4.6 @ 1.9v, Im sure i could of gone high but felt no need to because I was already get 60+ FPS every game i played on ultra or high, even at STOCK 3.5. Im running a 4.4 @ 1.7v and its been stable for months now with ok temps plays games and works task amazing

1.9 volts? You're insane. I don't buy any of this madness. No one in the history of CPUs has run such voltages. Even 1.7 is crazy. This whole thread is suspect.
