Hi, im looking for a slim laptop around 12 inch display primarily as a school computer . my budget is 650 dollars 

 

any recommendations?

school primarily

 

It's a bit smaller, but take a look at the asus t100a. For 300$ it offers pretty much all you need for school usage in a slim and light package. Plus it has an ips display.
