FarCry 4 GeForce Redeeming?

I just got my new PC and there's a GeForce Redeem code with it, so I'm going to choose FarCry 4.

However, when I try to put in the code in the Uplay store, the redeem code box simply disappear.

 

So...yeah, wat do?

I got it with a GTX970 card.

I've already gotten the Uplay redeem code from the Nvidia site. The problem is that when I'm going to apply the code in the cart screen, it disappears shortly after loading the page.

 

I'm really confused...

I managed to redeem and get FC4

I had the same issue. I ended up having to contact support and the gave me the proper link.

I'm guessing we're just picking the wrong one.

I solved the problem. I used the link from Nvidia, then when I came at the cart screen, I refreshed and canceled loading the page.

That fixed it because the box was LITERALLY disappearing. If you time it correctly, which isn't hard at all, you'll stop the page before the promo code box disappears.

 

I'm still confused why this happened at all.

What browser are you using? Ubisoft's website is 100% broken in Opera, I had to use Chrome for my code redemption.

Google Chrome, I also tried in IE, but it didn't make a difference.
