The Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell Refresh CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

Do i need to get lower voltage memory?

it won't matter I haven't heard of any chip getting damaged because of this
and you can decrease the speed in order to bring it to the 1.5V limit thing

i want to know? is there any difference with 1600mhz 16gb ram (cheapest model), no heatspreaders. and the most xpensive 1600mhz 16gb ram

Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive.

How you want to buy RAM is you go to the different RAM vendors and use their RAM configurator, e.g. and select your specific motherboard and then check the prices of them and get which ever one suits your fancy.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
