They put voltage limits in the bios for a reason, so that overclocking doesn't void warranties lol.

Some companies will even cover warranty if the card dies from overvoltage, EVGA is pretty lienent on it with their hydrocopper and kingpin/classified cards since they're basically designed for it.

True. But some people do get a card that begins artifacting at its stock clocks and hasn't been overclocked. :P

I'm kind of curious how many reports companies and places like Newegg get returns for mosfets exploding like what my 290 did.
