Is there any space for overclocking the card gonna buy the s340 case aswell has good airflow i,ve heard

if you gonna OC your CPU and GPU together

then it may make sense to change the PSU to a higher wattage

Yep, that's plenty.  Even in a high OC situation, it'll still be OK.

You'd have to push a crapton of voltage through the GPU & CPU to use 500w  with like Ln2 or very high end custom loop with stupid amounts of voltage pushed through the GPU & CPU, possibly damaging them.

It's nothing to worry about unless you plan on putting 1.6v through your CPU and 1.4v through the GPU, (Which you can't anyways, as the GPU is hard-locked at 1.312v)

It,s just a old one from my acer aspire M7711

Um you are definitely going to want to upgrade that..

Gaming requires decent grade power supplies and that one will burn out with gaming.

Get a cheap XFX 550w or something.

Hmmm... I am very wary..

If it provides enough on the 12v rail then it will be fine.
