Just got my oneplus one and love it but hate case but still want to protect my screen so i am thinking of getting a Phantom Glass Oneplus one screen protector.

Do you think it is worth it or not?

you will probably have the oneplus one for a while and i heard their customer service is terrible so i say its worth it

Glass screen protectors in general are usually worth it. Especially if Phantom does anything like Zagg does with a lifetime warranty. You're basically buying permanent screen protection for the life of the device.
