I have chosen two builds:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/P4BVZL

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xzpXdC

So basically, I can get the AMD and save about 80 bucks, which I can use on other components. But the Intel, however, is more up to date and the CPU is faster. So, which one?

The motherboard is much nicer, the ram is just as good, but cheaper, and the hdd will perform much better and still be quiet. You don't need an aftermarket cooler since you can't overclock, but if you want one for silence, the cm hyper 212 evo/plus is a great option.

Intel one is better.

I would personally cut off the cooler and put that money towards a better MOBO though.

That gpu is terrible, asus is infamous for having bad amd coolers. The 280 will overclock to be just as fast as that 280x while being quieter and a lot cheaper.

..... this is why I don't like making builds with non Nvidia gpus.

thanks for the correction
