I'm having a serious issue with every single one of my USB ports. About every 5-10 minutes anything plugged in via USB disconnects. Keyboard, mouse, internet adapter. Everything. I have to unplug and plug back in my internet adapter, mouse and keyboard are detected back about 4 seconds after they disconnect. I have no clue whats going on. BIOs is updated, all drivers are up to date, using windows 8. Anyone have any thoughts?

I think the electronic stuff that takes care of giving the usb ports power is dying. What board is it?

Power the system up into the bios, then leave it for a while, then test the keyboard see if it's still working, if it is then it's likely to be a windows issue, if not, then it's a failing component on the motherboard

Cartman - AMD Phenom II x6 1055T 3.1Ghz - 10GB Ram (Mwahahah) - 256GB Crucial MX100 Boot - 2TB WD Red - Gainward GTX 770 - Zalman Insanely Loud CNPS14X - Corsair 230T Orange

Stan - Intel Pentium G3320 - 8GB Ram - 128GB Intel 520 - Raid 1 6TB WD Reds - Bit Fenix Prodigy

Kenny - HP 14 Ultrabook (No name apperently) i3 4130 - 128GB Intel 520
