1. Budget & Location
My budget is 850. I live in the states.

2. Aim
Use: Photo Shop, Light Room, Premiere, Web browsing, Team Fortress 2, Unturned, Maplestory, CS:GO, and some other free games. I want a machine that can last me at least 2 years tops, with room for expansion in the future. I want a theme'd build if that is possible, meaning you guys can include extensions as well into the price.
3. Monitors
I'll be running only one Dell 23 inch IPS monitor
4. Peripherals
I need Windows 8 in the build please :)

5. Why are you upgrading?
I'm running a Core 2 Duo with windows xp and it doesn't cut anymore, I didn't plan on switching, but my hard drive, and psu died...

Edit: If you guys could, get a better case because I do plan on upgrading in 2017, or 2016, so i'll most likely reuse case, and psu, i want a case with good cable management, and a window if possible

Black with blue accents and can expend to broadwell, 32GB of RAM and any single GPU card you want. The 750Ti is enough for your needs and I specifically didn't get you can R9 270 so that you can get CUDA acceleration unless those programs can use OpenCL as well, then I would get an R9 270

Edit: Balls forgot windows

If you can stretch the budget to accomodate windows then do that, otherwise I removed the SSD from the build (Since it's not essential) to accomodate windows

I think I can expand the budget to 850 if that helps :). I'll edit my post

Did some quick research and changed the SSD for a better one. Light room wants a strong CPU (Check) and photoshop and premiere can use both CUDA and OpenCL so I got you this:
