You don't need a watercooler, no. A decent air-cooled heatsink will work just fine. Also, welcome to the LTT forums !

At stock clocks, any air cooler is OK (even the stock cooler, to a limited extent).

PS, Depending on your motherboard, though, your system may automatically overclock your FX, somewhat. So just be mindful of that.

You can't disable overclocking, but you can reset the settings.

Yes, but I wouldn't go for anything less than an 8+2 power phase.
