Are the any dirt cheap cameras out the that has high quality 1080p60 video?

Everything I've seen so far costs many hundreds of dollars.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX20V.

I have no experience with it but I know it supports 1080p60fps.

pc specs: 4 function calculator / 8 digit lcd display / colored numeric and function buttons

yes it does, though it doesnt support 24p which is a bit shitty too haha
