Seems good to me but why not go Intel? i know you won't be able to get a quad core for 80$ if you go Intel but they have much much better motherboards IMO.

Honestly, it's not good. You went underkill with the processor and overkill with the RAM and motherboard

Not very balanced. For starters, a cooler over 40 dollars for an Athlon class chip is off. Going back to the chip again, I can't imagine you'd do much productive work with a quadcore athlon in needing the 16GB of ram. Expensive cooler and memory for a budget CPU seems like an odd choice.  Same goes for tying an expensive motherboard to a budget chip. The video card is also eh since you can find R9 290's for cheap that would be a better choice. Case is a personal pref, though not fond of that particular one.

Yeah, once the price gets that high, I don't see a reason to go AMD at that point.  AMD's CPUs have generally very weak performance per core, so I don't see why you'd want a quad core.  I think Woodenmaker is on the right track with an i5, that will just crush that AMD quad core, which far better performance per core.

And do 760s still cost that much?

If you have something against Biostar, why not just get a different motherboard?

Asus makes motherboards for HP as well.

Fix your display.

2 reasons:

1. Heard damn lot horror stories about Biostar...  :(

2. I personally don't like MicroATX... They seem so restrictive...

1. There are horror stories about every brand.

2. Matx is generally more than enough for most people.

I must say i find your counter arguments quite intriguing... You're like a spoiled kid... "I don't want this, i don't want that"... Do whatever you want, i'll just stay here and enjoy the rest of the thread :)
