Hyper 212 EVO

I know that the Hyper 212 EVO is regarded as one of the best value CPU coolers of all time but the question is will it be able to cool a 3930k properly if the fans are replaced with NF-F12s(I have two spare). I'm trying to cheaply turn spare parts into a working server. 

 

It'll work just fine. I'd advise a cheap AIO if possible or a Noctua cooler.

They are cheap and best Air Cooler in the market.

 

Noctua NHD-15 is the Best Air cooler in the market which cost little bit less than AIO Cooler.

Yes, it should be able to cool a 3930k just fine. 

NF-F12's would outperform the stock fan.

Looking to go with something functional rather then with a lot of overclocking head room. Otherwise i'd go with an NH-D15 or H100i. Any ideas for other coolers?

 

The H55 is a cheaper AIO from Corsair. The Evo will work fine with the Noctua's
