75hz is outdated, Thats why. My old computer supported floppy discs, But not my current one.

But there should not be anything stopping you from using 75hz on it.

This program should do the trick, I dont know much about it though.

Even my old Intel chipset was supporting it.

I can't setup 1080p 75Hz on my graphics card.

Is there any way to get it?

Using Radeon HD6570 on VGA

Uhh, could you give some more detail?

So you are going from your AMD Radeon HD6570 to what 1080p monitor with VGA?

How do you know you are not getting 75Hz?

@Damngineer

Not that uncommon for displays to only support up to 60Hz. Actually that's been standard for flat screens for... ever? (Even though there are 120 / 144Hz models out there - mainly for the FPS gamer crowd :P:D )

When you still had these 75Hz was that really with the same monitor or did you just swap from an old CRT monitor as well?

It was with the same monitor, i was using Windows XP at 1080p 75Hz. After i put my graphics card in, i never saw 1080p 75Hz again. I didn't used a CRT monitor that much. Also monitor specifications are in the screenshot that i posted.

Why 75Hz is outdated when 60Hz is still not?

Why 75Hz is outdated when 60Hz is still not?

Becouse the manufacturers prefered 60hz, It doesnt need as powerful hardware so they can make it cheaper, And the visual difference between 60hz and 75hz is neglectable.(This is just me speculating so take it with a grain of salt)

I am still using the same monitor, i switched to Intel HD Graphics 2500 and i can set 1080p 75Hz in the "Custom Resolutions" tab. And when i switch to it, everything looks fine.

And still, when i switch to my graphics card i dont get 1080p 75Hz again.

What can i do to get it?
