Hello!

As the title says, I am stuck trying to work out what PSU I will need.

Differant PSU wattage calculators have given me results from 530w to 730w. Here is the build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/phXDf7

This has left me unsure what I will actually need to run this pc with mild  overclocks on the CPU and GPU.

My budget for a PSU is pretty low though at £45 most (I'm in the UK).

If I need less than 550w then I'll probably get this:http://www.scan.co.uk/products/550w-cooler-master-gm-series-hybrid-modular-80plus-bronze-1x120mm-atx-v231-psu

If I need more then the best thing I can find is http://www.scan.co.uk/products/750w-corsair-cx750m-hybrid-modular-80-plus-bronze-1x140mm-atx-psu

Any help is appreciated!

Thank you for reading!

550W is enough for that system, but i recommend some other brand than coolermaster for the PSU

evga, seasonic, and corsair are all better options

Why not go for an i5 4690k + R9 290?

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses
