Faulty PSU or Motherboard?

Kidwoohda

Alright first off

System Specs:

 Motherboard: ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

 CPU: AMD FX 8350

 GPU: GTX 750 ti

PSU: Dynex DX-520WPS (520 watts peak, 420 watts total)

Alright, so recently I got a new motherboard and a new cpu, after installing them my system booted up fine but the next day my computer would start up but my keyboard wouldn't connect, or my mouse, and my monitor wouldn't show my computer display. So I found a fix where I only plug in only my monitor and after my computer boots up I plug in my keyboard, mouse etc. I'm concerned because I don't think my psu is giving my system enough power. What do?

The PSU is more than suffiecient. If anything, its the mobo that is making the issues happen.

Alright, can you link me to a motherboard that's under 70$? I'm on a rather tight budget at the moment.
