No difference, even 8ms is not a problem. Depends on the model itself, normally input lag is what decides the responsiveness not the response time.

^ This. It doesn't really matter. It's more of a marketing gimmick more than anything else.

no, idea. It's unlikely because it's the cheapest thing ever.

A 24" "gaming" monitor for that little money? The display panel will probably have terrible viewing angles and colour reproduction.

Rule with your heart,

And live with your conscience.

Unless you're a profesional gamer this is gonna do just fine.. Its TN so its gonna be fine for normal gaming(quite responsive, and colours are not as bad as people make them to be, even view angles have gotten better).. , while its not overachieving colors it will do.. If you're really tight on budget id go for it, but if you can squeeze a little more for an IPS panel that would be better..

I use two Dell E2414Hr's that I got on Black Friday for $100 each. They work great and I'd recommend them.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

@YouRezz I'm not a pro gamer. I'm just a casual gamer with below average game stats haha. I don't even play that much...I just want a monitor which is better than THIS:

Are you being misogynistic or is your English simply poor?

The rated spec posted by a manufacture for response time IS A LIE!!!!

The only way to truly know the real response time is by manually testing it or reading a review from a trusted website: http://www.tftcentral.co.uk

For a monitor I would recommend a Qnix QX2710 [DVI-DL ONLY] from eBay. 27" IPS 1440p and overclocks to 96hz.
