What is the best (a good) universal laptop charger?

I'm looking for a universal laptop charger. for a few laptops i have around the house. Today i when to Best Buy and got the Insignia NS-PWLC591 to test a 17" toshiba laptop a friend have me. It works but the charger was $60. USA. 

is there any thing better for that price or lower?

What are the input voltages and current draws of all of your laptops? Otherwise you risk burning out or not providing enough power for your laptops.
