benq xl2430t optimal reso 1920x1080p@120hz i am running a 144hz is this bad

It is advertised as a 144hz monitor i have it set up at 144hz in nvidia on dual link dvi but in the monitor info is says current resolution 1920x1080@144hz optimal resolution 1920z1080@120hz what does this mean

That's what it thinks is "optimal" for the monitor. Doesn't mean you have to set it to that resolution/refresh rate.
