I have no idear About the gt series of nvidea but i know i ever hot a card witch 512 mb memory don't know what sort in those times i knew nothing but it ran minecraft perfectly

90% sure it's the same card, usually between gens on low end nvidia just make the old x20 the new x10.

edit: it is, 48 cuda core gf119

 

 

But @CSGL I paid £19 for a dell with an Athlon X2 (same age ish), 4Gb of DDR2, 500GB HDD and a Windows 7 business license so I'd pay no more than £25 for that and purely for the CPU to overclock.
