Hello, i'm doing my first build, and this is the Hardware that i think of using, can you give me you opinion on what you think? The only thing i have for now is the motherboard and the case will ship on the 14th so. this is it.

 
Motherboard - MSI Z97 Gaming 5 for intel CPUs
Case - Corsair 750D 
CPU - intel Core i5 4690k  321$ USD
CPU cooling - Corsair Hydro H100i 140 USD
Ram - Corsair Vengeance DDR3 16GB 1600MHz kit 240$ USD
 GPU - Asus Strix GTX 970  489$ USD
Power suply - Corsair PSU RM 750W 80+ Gold - 140$ USD
Storage - 1 SSD 120BG and 1 HDD 1 or 3TB 
 
Tell me what you think, can i add or change something but still be at this Price point about 1330$ USD, the storage will be a gift.
 
Oh yeah, i forgot. I want to get another GTX 970 so i can run with the SLI that's the reasoning about the PSU. (Thanks C0LL0SS0S for the reminder

NIce system, maybe get a bigger SSD and safe on MoBo and Case.. Or PSU which is OP for that build

Nice Build. Would get a 250GB or a 500GB SSD though because I made the mistake of only getting a 120GB and its full D:

You can trade that psu for a cheaper evga supernove 750w, and get a bigger ssd, otherwise its fairly balanced

Pretty sure you can find cheaper RAM, not sure about your location though

Desktop: i7-4790k, Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, Seagate Barracuda 3TB, 2xR9 290 Vapor-X's (1 working atm), Asus Z97-Pro, NZXT H440 White, 16GB G. Skill Sniper RAM, NZXT HALE V90 850W.

Laptop: Samsung Chromebook 11.6"

That ram is a little pricey o.0, a HyperX Fury is like $175 Canadian, it's gonna be cheaper for you since you are US Dollars.

Just to clarify, in my country we have an 20% income tax on all products, so if something is 100 $ it is converted in to BGN  x1.49 (149BGN ) and then it hase 20% (178.8BGN) added for the tax, and that's why the Ram is so over priced. About the 120 SSD, i want it only for Windows 8.1 and the current game i'm playing. that's why i don't need a bigger one.
