M 65 RGB does not show

Hey guys.

Trying to get some help from you, since i'm all out of ideas.
i just got my k95 RGB, and M65 mouse, and connected them both, then i installed the software, and then it went down stream, i cant find the M65 under the device tab in CUE, i've tried unplugging the keyboard, then reboot, switch usb port, then reboot, forced reinstall of drivers, and none of them have worked
i have tried searching on the forums for any post linked to this issue, with no help.

Plug both into a USB 3 port if possible. Problem gone?

I know that one of the cables, if plugged into USB 3, can completely power the keyboard on it's own, and if you see on the USB port it should have a picture of the keyboard then plug that into USB 3.
